Advertising Manager (Marketing – Salary)

Plans and manages all advertising department efforts for new customer acquisition and conversion to meet the company’s marketing objectives and goals. Manages implementation of the advertising plan through established offers and media, as well as through new offer development, creative production, media research, negotiation and placement, and internal fulfillment. Leads the development and testing of new advertising and conversion controls to reduce acquisition costs, improve sales, and efficiently utilize existing inventory. Oversees development and testing of new media and avenues to increase customer acquisition in accordance with strategic growth plans. Manages the recording, analysis and interpretation of results, and reports findings to senior management and other personnel.

 

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, merchandising or related field, with some specialized study in direct marketing, catalog management, or new business development. A minimum of 3 years experience in planning, producing, executing and analyzing direct-response advertising is required, as well as 2 years of experience in a supervisory capacity and 5 years in an office environment with minimal supervision. Must have outstanding project management and planning abilities, superior judgment and analytical skills, and a keen customer-focused marketing sense. Problem-solving skills, math acumen, resourcefulness, and the ability to assimilate quickly are also required. Must have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to source, recruit, develop and motivate professional personnel.

 

Customer Service Representative (Customer Service – Mid-Shift)

Provides friendly, professional service and assistance to customers nationwide via phone and mail. Receives and processes inbound phone orders, provides information regarding all company products and services, resolves problems related to products, services, orders and payments. Presents a positive company image to maintain strong customer relations through phone and written communication.

 

The qualified applicant will be customer oriented, friendly and courteous, and professional in voice and manner. Must have solid communication skills with excellent listening ability, and the ability to quickly learn about our wide range of products and services. Requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, knowledge of basic math, and computer or keyboard skills. Must be able to work overtime as needed.

 

Order Processor/Customer Service Back-up (Order Processing – Mid-Shift)

Responsible for accurate and efficient processing of customer orders – including order entry, customer returns, shipment of orders and selections, account maintenance, and accurate processing of all cash transactions through the department. Performs order processing function and portrays a positive image of Littleton Coin Company through telephone contact. Provides accurate and timely personal service to customers, and responds to customer issues within the department's area of responsibilities. Self-accountable for error-free order processing as well as participation in quality assurance program.

 

The qualified applicant will possess a high school diploma, 1-2 years of office or business experience, and basic telephone techniques (training is provided). Above average typing skills (60-80 wpm at 97-98% accuracy), strong attention to detail and accuracy, and excellent communication and organizational abilities are necessary. Good eyesight and number perception, knowledge of basic math, strong listening skills, and a professional telephone voice with excellent diction and grammar are required. Must be able to sit or stand all day, as well as lift up to 35 pounds. Also must work well in a team environment and be available to work overtime as needed.

 

Order Processor (Order Processing – Mid-Shift)

Accurate and efficient processing of customer orders to include order entry, customer returns, sending of next selections, and handling of cash transactions through the department. Performs customer search, creation of new customer accounts and maintenance of existing accounts. Processes paid and profit share orders, advertised offers, approvals and continuity club selections, and paid order returns.

 

The successful applicant must be customer oriented, quality conscious and well organized, with concentration ability and strong attention to detail. Above average typing skills are required (60-80 wpm at 97-98% accuracy), as well as knowledge of basic math. Must be able to sit and read computer screens through a full workday, and be able to lift up to 35 pounds.

 

Temporary Outbound Processor (Outbound Fulfillment – Evening)

Under general supervision, accurately processes, picks and packs items to fill mail and store orders, including orders needing special packaging. Replenishes product supplies daily while helping to ensure accuracy and timeliness, utilizing computer-based systems and spreadsheet, to maintain and document primary and secondary product supplies and usage. Evaluates standard procedures continually and recommends improvements as appropriate. Operates hand-held RF scanner, vertical lift, and other equipment utilized in Outbound Fulfillment. Performs other tasks including billing, labeling and inventory as required.

 

The qualified applicant will have a high school diploma and 1-3 months experience in a similar capacity (training is available). Requires knowledge of basic math, attention to detail, and above average organizational and communication skills. Good eyesight, coordination, speed and flexibility are necessary, as well as the ability to stand for extended periods, climb ladders, and lift up to 35 pounds. Must work well with others in a team environment, and be able to operate our high bay lift, electric pallet jack, and fork lift.

 

Temporary Receptionist (Customer Service – Days)

Receives all visitors, vendors, homeworkers, job applicants and others with a professional appearance and manner and with utmost courtesy. Responds to inbound calls, orders and inquiries efficiently and accurately. Handles e-mail communications and web orders within established guidelines. Coordinates tours, vendors, deliveries, and coin sales with the appropriate staff. Tends the company store when customers are present, handles store sales transactions, and replenishes inventory and supplies for the store and lobby. Receives and releases homeworker batches, and handles emergency alerts according to company policy. Maintains complete confidentiality regarding proprietary information, messages and issues.

 

The successful applicant will have two years of college or a minimum of two years customer service or sales experience, 1-3 years employment in an office environment, and completion of the Zenger-Miller Communications Training and Phone Technique Training (will provide). Must have excellent communication skills with good voice, grammar and diction – and must be completely trustworthy with confidential and proprietary information. Will need judgment and flexibility, a positive manner, and strong customer orientation. Attention to quality and service will be central to all decisions, and maturity and professionalism must be demonstrated at all times. Basic math and keyboard skills are required, as well as knowledge of general office software.
